C Your Way: The C Programming Contest at Technovanza
C Your Way was a programming contest for people who enjoy solving problems in the C language. The organisers asked whether participants could “see” their way through a set of challenges, playing on the name of the language.
Place in the festival
It was part of the I-Code family of events, together with the SQL contest and others. The festival schedule shows it taking place in a specialised laboratory over the first days, with a final later.
Why C?
C remains a core language in engineering education, since it teaches memory, pointers and structured thinking. Another passage on the I-Code page noted that C, C++ and Java are among the most widely used languages in practice.
