Eligibility Criteria:
This program is open for bonafide undergraduate/post-graduate students from institutes/universities across India only. Students from all disciplines can apply.
Application Assessment
• A distinguished committee is setup for evaluation of the applications.
• Applications shall be evaluated on the basis of their CV’s and write-ups (40:60 weightage).
• Applicants with prior experience in events of similar nature shall be preferred.

Important clarifications
• While past experience in a similar conference/symposium is helpful, we would like to clarify that a strong set of essays in your application can improve your chances of being selected as a fellow.
• The conference aims to have a fair representation of fellows from all possible streams such as law, commerce, engineering, humanities, etc. Hence, applicants from non-engineering streams should be assured that the conference will not have a technical background, as is also visible in the agenda.
• The conference aims to have applicants from various streams in order to have a complete, open, thorough and holistic solution at the end of the discussion.
Intimation to shortlisted fellows
• The shortlisted fellows shall be intimated via phone/email well in advance of the event to provide them ample time for preparation.
Orientation and Preparation assistance
• Fellows will be oriented on the event theme and agenda.
• Fellows will be provided with adequate reports, research material for preparation.
• All their queries should be promptly addressed and any other relevant assistance desired by them should be provided.
Selection of speakers for ‘Towards Green campuses’
• Five speakers will be selected from amongst the fellows as the speakers for the ‘Towards Green campuses’ event.
• Telephonic interviews shall be conducted with the interested and the best performing fellows in the application stage.
• The chosen speakers will be oriented on the event and provided with necessary reports/research material for preparation.

All application content will remain strictly confidential and will be used for internal review and communication purposes only; we will never share your information with a third party.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Incomplete and late applications would not be considered.
2. Misrepresentation of information in the application will result in immediate disqualification.
3. During the Fellowship
- Late arrival and early departure from the conference are grounds for dismissal.
- Any behavior that could bring discredit to the VJTI – Technovanza Fellows Program will provide grounds for immediate dismissal from the program.
- Conference attendance is non-transferable. If a Fellow is unable to attend a conference session/ the conference, no one may attend in the Fellow's place.
