 An intelli-green building is one that focuses on the efficient use of energy, water and materials and reduces the human impact on the environment. Scale designs of such buildings will be showcased explaining the technology involved. Green building is one that makes best possible use of natural light, air &least possible consumption of energy , water. It believes in recycling of waste water , harvesting rain water, least use of A.C, least production of co2. We are designing a building which will have 4 flats on 1 floor and each flat will have 3 side view and maximum ventilation so that use of A.C is minimum. It will allow maximum usage of daylight so as to cut the ever rising electric bills. this building utilizes three sources of nature i.e.at the top of the building there are solar panels to generate electricity , cross ventilation in flats, biogas plant in the sourounding . biogas plant will utilize the area as well as produce energy for ligthning as it is not at all dangerous for residential areas. building also includes green roofs. |
