Thus this initiative helps the Industry and gives a Golden opportunity for students to prove their mettle in tackling problems. Apart from Cash Prizes and Goodies,there are Internships to be won. |

| Stage 1: Send in your abstracts to icube[dot]technovanza[at]gmail[dot]com latest by 25th Jan, 2010. Include your course of action and what you actually plan to do. The length of the abstract should not be more than 500 words. Selection for the first stage will be done on the basis of this abstract and the selected teams would be required to attend the event during Technovanza ’10. Stage 2: The results of the first stage will be displayed by 28th Jan,2010. The selected teams would be required to attend the event at V.J.T.I., Mumbai on 5th,6th and/or 7th of February, 2010. The date on which they have to be present at the event will be intimated to them in advance through e-mail. The attendance on the date of the event is mandatory, failing which will lead to disqualification. The selected entries from stage 1 will be required to give a PowerPoint presentation in front of eminent judges, during Technovanza ‘10. The participants may include pictures, or videos or any other form of multimedia during the presentation to show their plan of action. A written report is also mandatory. The participants would be evaluated on the basis of their presentation as well as the report. |

| 1.Each team can have a maximum of 2 members. 2.Short listing will be done on the basis of preliminary abstract sent via e-mail. 3.You can send multiple entries as well, with each entry being registered separately. 4.Shortlist of selected teams for the first stage will be displayed online by 28th Jan 2010 5.Teams short listed will receive e-mail notifications and will be given further details of the event. 6.Abstract should also contain the following information: a.Participants' names b.Institute name c.Email ID's d.Phone numbers (of both participants) 7.Plagiarism shall result in the disqualification of the team 8.The decision of judges shall be final and binding. 9.Teams participating should register on the Technovanza ‘10 website and should keep checking the I CUBE page for any changes/corrections in the problem statement or event regulations. 10.Short listed participants must bring their college Identity Cards during Technovanza failing which they might be disqualified. 11.For any further information, feel free to send a mail at icube.technovanza[at]gmail[dot]com |
