X-CON, the Exhibition Competition Event of Technovanza is an undertaking to egg-on budding “edgineers” all to showcase their talent, present exhibits from myriad fields of engineering and compete with some of the best in their cadre..... The stage is set, the crowd holds its breath... Put on your thinking caps and let the show begin.... And stake a claim at the incredible prize money...!!! Not only for the competitors but also for the visitors....XCON will definitely tingle the bright side of your brain Come be spellbound by our exhibition that take you to dizzying heights of innovative excellence...

1. The proposal should be a word document with maximum 2000 words.
2. Abstract should be accompanied by a video of the project.
3. If in development stage some substantial working of project would suffice in the video.
4. Photos would do if videos are not possible. But videos will earn you brownie points in the elimination.
5. A soft copy should be mailed on xcon[at]technovanza[dot]org. The working model should be shown prior to the event.

1. Title
2. Abstract
3. Introduction
4. Main body of the Project
5. Conclusion
6. References.
7. Practical implementation
8. Abstract should include the space needed for display and the minimum facilities expected from authorities.

1. There can be a maximum of 4 members in a team.
2. The participants should have a valid college identity card.
3. Any additional software or hardware requirements should be mentioned along with the abstract.
4. Abstract submission in the given format is mandatory. Last Date for abstract submission is 20th Jan.
5. All entries have to be mailed at xcon[at]technovanza[dot]org
6. The confirmation email for the selected participants will be sent on 22nd Jan 2010.
7. Participating certificates will be provided to all the contestants.
8. Certificates of appreciation will be provided to the winners.
9.The decision of the jury shall be final and binding.
10.All entrants are regarded as having a full understanding of the regulations for the competition and as being willing to comply with every rule.
11.The organizers reserve all rights to change any or all of the above rules as they deem fit.
