The last date for submission of papers is 20th Jan… and the papers should be forwarded to the email id- tpp[dot]technovanza[at]gmail[dot]com

The general format and rules for paper:
1. Topic (Times New Roman, 14, Bold and underlined, center text)
2. Name of your research paper (Times New Roman, 14, Bold and underlined, center text)
    Author 1 name with contact number and email id(Times New Roman, 12, Bold and Italic, center text)
    Author 2 name with contact number and email id(Times New Roman, 12, Bold and Italic, center text)
    Author 3 name with contact number and email id (Times New Roman, 12, Bold and Italic, center text)
    College name (Times New Roman, 12, no effects, center text)
This should be on first page of paper.
3. The paper should either in form of Word Document.
4. The page size should be A4.
5. The word limit of the abstract is 200 words and that of the full paper is 6000 words.
6. The line spacing should be 1.5.
7. The paper should necessarily have an abstract then introduction and matter.
8. The last two titles of the paper should necessarily be Conclusion and References.
9. Title fonts: Times New Roman, 14 font size , Bold and underlined, left alignment.
10.Sub Title fonts: Times New Roman, 12 font size , Bold and Italic, left alignment.
11.Paper should be incorporated with Figures, Tables, Expressions, Appendix if any etc. The coordinators reserve the right of rejecting any paper following deviation of the paper from the given format.
12.Paper should be in two column format
13.The paper length should not exceed 8 pages, of the format specified
14.Participants whose papers are shortlisted shall be informed personally through mail. The names as well will be put up on the website.
15.Participation certificate will be given to all the shortlisted participants.
16. Participants will have to email the soft copy of paper to tpp[dot]technovanza[at]gmail[dot]com.

1. Team can have maximum of 3 participants.
2. No participants can be part of more than one team.
3. There is no restriction on the numbers of team from the same college.

The event will be held in two phases :

PHASE 1
1. Submission of abstract and full paper.
2. Any of the Topics can be used.
3. Based on the papers’ evaluation, the best papers will be selected for  Phase 2.

PHASE 2
1. The paper submitted will have to be presented during the event.
2. 3 hard copies of the same are to be submitted before presentation.
3. The teams will get 10 minutes to present their paper.
4. It will be followed by a question and answer session .
5. The participants will have to present their paper as a PowerPoint Presentation (mandatory).
6.Violation of any rule can result in rejection of paper

Topics other than this are also allowed and the paper of working models(projects) are also welcome.
