1. All participants should be from recognized technical institutes.
2. Maximum no. of teams that can participate is 8.
3. Maximum no. of students per team is 3.
4. Individual participation is allowed though teamwork is encouraged.
5. Participants should carry their own laptops, if required.
6. PC's if possible will be provided.These requirements should be informed to the event head well in advance.
7. The security of working model and laptops will be on the participants.
8. There will be no registration fees.
9. Results once declared will be final.
10.These rules are tentative and may change, if required.If changed participants will be informed well in advance.But they are advised to check this space regularly.
11.Entries submitted after the deadlines will not be considered.
12.The Name given to the Idea/Entry is not subject to change.
13.The judges, mentors and the organizers will take the utmost care in handling the entries, and will guarantee the utmost confidence.
14.Every contestant must agree with the rules of the contest and must agree to accept the declaration of confidentiality. 15.Entries remain the property of the legal owner. |
